I was expecting some pampering, but never received a room upgrade despite my long wait. Breakfast was a sad joke with food not restocked, what is this a buffet or just leftovers? No tub or feather pillows available, woudl ve been nice to have that cushiony comfort. Almost gave 5 stars but just couldn't, poor service all around.

We were moved to a double room with seaview, shampoo, for instance. The dining area had plenty of FRESH meals for breakfast. The location of the hotel was amazing and particularly good - just a short stroll away from Camino del Norte.

Location directly across from the beach is a huge plus. The spacious room with a sea view added a touch of luxury, while the staff's friendliness made for a cute atmosphere. Breakfast offers plenty of options, although it could use a bit more variety. It would have been nice to have an outdoor terrace for enjoying sunsets, and the lack of drinks refills at breakfast was a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location right by the beach and excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were great with dinner recommendations.

The hotel is in a perfect and lovely location, within walking distance of everything we needed. It's placed near the beach, which is perfect for a relaxing stay.- The triple room was functional and included convenient amenities like a mini fridge bar, personal safe, and central heating.
